Walking tour “Meeting with Khortytsia” II
This is a one-hour excursion during which tourists get acquainted with the most interesting places in the northeastern part of Khortytsia and legends of the island. Visitors will see the Black Stone, cromlechs, burial mounds, and fortifications of the Cossack period, learn about rapids and the DniproHES, and visit the probable place of death of Prince Svyatoslav. One will also hear a story about the Zaporozhzhia Sich and Taras Shevchenko’s stay on Khortytsia Island.
The tour lasts 1 hour.
