A group of people with disabilities visited the Khortytsia National Reserve.
As part of a social initiative promoting cultural integration and an inclusive environment for vulnerable groups, the “Charity Fund Caritas Zaporizhzhia” organized a visit to the Khortytsia National Reserve for a group of people with disabilities.
The guests learned about the history, spiritual heritage, and culture of the island of Khortytsia and the Zaporozhzhia Cossacks.
Ensuring barrier-free access is one of the Khortytsia National Reserve’s priorities. Despite the difficult times, we continue to implement inclusive projects and inform the public about them. Equal accessibility to historical and cultural heritage sites for all citizens is an important factor in ensuring social cohesion around common national values.
