ATTENTION!

Dear citizens of Zaporizhzhia and guests of our city!

THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE OPENING OF THE HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL COMPLEX “ZAPOROZHZHIA SICH” ON MAY 1st and 5th IS NOT RELIABLE.

The local media began to spread information about opening the historical and cultural complex “Zaporozhzhia Sich” on Khortytsia Island for citizens to visit in May of this year. Some Internet resources even indicate the exact date of this event.

Indeed, the Khortytsia National Reserve plans to start providing excursion services and opening the Historical and Cultural Complex “Zaporozhzhia Sich” to citizens in May. For this, all the necessary preparatory work and measures are being carried out, in particular, to ensure the safety of visitors and reserve staff during the announcement of an air raid alert.

The reserve administration will determine the exact opening date, time, and conditions of operation of the facilities only after all preparatory activities are completed.

Dear citizens and media representatives, the opening date of the Historical and Cultural Complex “Zaporozhzhia Sich” will be announced later on the official pages of the Khortytsia National Reserve — on Facebook, Telegram, and our website Ostriv.org.

Watch for our OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS!
