Easter fun “Sich Hayivky” (spring dance songs) at Sich

On April 27, in the territory of the historical and cultural complex “Zaporozhzhia Sich,” the Easter fun “Sich Hayivky” took place, organized by the national scout organization of Ukraine, “Plast.”

In the special atmosphere of Zaporozhzhia Sich, ancient elements of Ukrainian rituals were recreated, including spring dances, round dances, and folk games, creating a chain of generations.

The event became an example of a living tradition that unites the past and the present, educating the younger generation in love for the Motherland and fostering a respectful attitude towards cultural heritage and national identity.

Ukrainian culture is bright and warm, like spring itself. In every movement, every song, the strength of our people, love for the country, and faith in the future.
