INTERACTIVE AND EDUCATIONAL EVENT “I AM INTERESTED IN THE HISTORY OF MY HOMELAND”

On the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine, an interactive and educational event, “I am interested in the history of my homeland”, took place on the island of Khortytsia, organized by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zaporizhia region for the children of employees.

Enchanting emotions, the energy of the competition, and the unity of all participants united by this holiday!

Blue and yellow teams consisted of children of different ages. After receiving the assignment, they went on a historical walk through the Khortytsia National Reserve while the rest participated in the interactive game “Cossack entertainments”.

At the Zaporozhzhia Sich, the experts of the Reserve prepared a quest for children and conducted an exciting excursion.

While having fun and, at the same time, diligently fulfilling the tasks set for the teams, the children learned about the history of the glorious island and the traditions of the Zaporozhzhia Cossacks.

The event ended with a patriotic drawing contest on asphalt, “With Ukraine in the Heart” and the “summer” rain from the rescuers, which has become a tradition at the events of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
