Participants of the Youth Councils Forum visited Khortytsia Island.
Youth from front-line regions — Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Kyiv, Luhansk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia — gathered in Zaporizhzhia to participate in the Youth Councils Forum and visited the Cossack island of Khortytsia.
Specialists from the Khortytsia National Reserve gave tours to our guests. They shared interesting facts about the thousand-year history of the largest island on the Dnipro and the history of the Zaporozhzhia Cossacks and their struggle for Ukrainian freedom and statehood.
