The Khortytsia National Reserve invites you to participate in a scientific and practical seminar on the 50th anniversary of the general geological reserve of national importance “DNIPROVSKI POROGY”, which will be held on October 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. on the Kyiv time.
The seminar will be held remotely based on the “Khortytsia” National Reserve using the Zoom platform.
The seminar aims to exchange experiences between scientists, practitioners, and representatives of the public and state institutions, and to define scientifically grounded ways to increase the efficiency of functioning and sustainable development of the territory of the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine.
DIRECTIONS OF THE SEMINAR
– History of creation and functioning of the general geological reserve of national importance “Dniprovski porogy”
– Legal basis and prospects for further sustainable development of the territories of the nature reserve fund of Ukraine.
– Materials of modern research of the general geological reserve of national importance “Dniprovski porogy “
– Researching scientifically grounded ways to improve the efficiency of functioning and sustainable development of the territories of the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine under martial law
– Ways of development of the territory of the former Kakhovka reservoir in the context of modern
environmental views and implementation of European environmental legislation
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The scientific and practical seminar is held remotely using the ZOOM platform.
According to the seminar results, the proceedings will be published.
The application for participation in the scientific and practical seminar and the text of the report for
publication must be sent to the organising committee no later than October 1, 2024, to the address
