THE DEPUTY MINISTER OF CULTURE AND STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS OF UKRAINE VISITED THE KHORTYTSIA NATIONAL RESERVE
As part of a working trip to the Zaporizhzhia region, Deputy Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications Serhiy Belyaev visited the Khortytsia National Reserve.
The deputy minister met with the management and leading specialists of the reserve and visited the main historical and cultural sites on Khortytsia Island. Particular attention was paid to discussing problematic issues of the reserve’s activities and development that require state-level support and assistance. These issues include ensuring the high-quality storage of museum collections, conducting restoration work on dioramas, and maintaining a functioning infrastructure. Based on the results of the visit, the ministry and the reserve plan to collaborate to address these and other issues related to preserving historical and cultural heritage.
