THE EXHIBITION “ANCIENT ANIMALS OF THE ZAPORIZHZHIA REGION” PROLONGED
Dear visitors of the Historical and Cultural Complex “Zaporozhzhia Sich!”
We are pleased to inform you that we have prolonged our unique exhibition, “Ancient Animals of the Zaporizhzhia Region”.
Until the END of AUGUST, you will have the opportunity to see the fossil remains of animals that lived tens of thousands of years ago, particularly the recently discovered bones of the woolly mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius). Other artifacts found by the reserve’s employees will also be displayed: household items and tools made of animal bones from the Eneolithic to the 18th century.
Where: Historical and Cultural Complex “Zaporozhizhia Sich”.
Opening hours: from Wednesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday – Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
