You selflessly protect public order and the lives of the Ukrainian people. Police officers are always at risk. You are among the first to assist peaceful Ukrainians affected by the aggressor’s bombings. Combat police units destroy the enemy at the front. Many of your comrades gave their lives while remaining faithful to their oath and defending our country until their last breath. Eternal memory and honor to the fallen heroes!

The Cossack island of Khortytsia is under the daily protection of the National Police of Ukraine. We are grateful to the security police, patrol police, and police drone operators for protecting the island’s infrastructure facilities, historical and cultural treasures, and its natural beauty. Thank you for keeping visitors and employees of the reserve safe.
