Folk painting traditions have been alive in Ukraine for a long time. Ukrainians loved to decorate their houses, both outside and inside, by painting various ornaments, showing their artistic skills and original style.
One of the true symbols of our national culture is Petrykivka painting, named after the village of Petrykivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region, founded in 1772 by Hetman Petro Kalnyshevsky.

The master class will be held on October 6, 2024 (Sunday) at 11:00 in the Museum Studios “The City Beyond the Rapids ” (in the very center of the city) at the address: Zaporizhzhia, Tsentralnyi Boulevard, 3 (“House of Shoes”, 2nd floor).
