WE INVITE CHILDREN AND ADULTS TO THE MASTER CLASS “PETRYKIVSKYI PAINTING” LET’S CHERISH THE UKRAINIAN TRADITIONS!
Folk painting traditions have long existed in Ukraine. Ukrainians love to decorate their homes, both inside and out, by painting various ornaments, showing their artistic skills and original style.
One of the real hallmarks of our national culture is the Petrykivskyi painting, named after the village Petrykivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region, founded in 1772 by the hetman Petro Kalnyshevskyi.
Do you want to get acquainted with the colorful magic of Petrykivskyi painting and join this tradition yourself? Come to our master class! It will be fascinating!
The master class will be held on July 7, 2024 (Sunday) at 11:00 a.m. in the Museum Studios “The City Beyond the Rapids” (it is located in the very center of the city) at the address: Zaporizhzhia, Tsentralnyi Boulevard, 3 (“House of Shoes”, 2nd floor).
The ticket price is UAH 40.
