WE INVITE YOU TO VISIT THE NEW EXHIBITION!
On the Day of Archeologists, the Khortytsia National Reserve presents the “Ancient Animals of the Zaporizhzhia Region” exhibition.
Our visitors have a unique opportunity to see the found artifacts live at the very beginning of their journey to becoming museum exhibits.
Your attention will be drawn to an understudied paleontological period of the history of modern Zaporizhzhia: fossil remains of animals that lived tens of thousands of years ago.
You will also see other artifacts the reserve’s employees found: household items and tools made of animal bones from the Eneolithic to the 18th century.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity. The exhibits will only be on display for a brief five days!
The exhibition will be open from August 14, 2024 – to August 18, 2024, in the Historical and Cultural Complex “Zaporozhzhia Sich”.
Opening hours: from Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00; Saturday – Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00.
